Please remove child seats, you can do this at our premises and we can store them but we can not remove or put back in so allow time to do this on drop off and collection.
Please arrive at the time we have agreed, we may not be able to carry out the service if you are late, and you will forfeit your deposit/full payment.
Please call 01934414915 if you are going to be late.
Please drop off & collect within our opening times unless agreed with us beforehand, failure to collect before 5pm may result in us having to store your car for the night and may incur a unauthorised storage fee.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit your deposit and/or full payment, cancellations with more than 48 hours notice can carry the deposit and/or full payment to a future appointment, deposits are non refundable.
With the Coronavirus becoming more prevalent, we will be adhering to all government advice.
The welfare of our clients and employees is our top priority and we have increased the level of cleanliness at System Clenz. We want our staff and clients to feel safe when visiting our premises.
If the government decides Britain should go into lock down then we will contact everyone who has an appointment booked in with us to reschedule, but for now it's business as usual.

- For security, packages are applied to one name, only the named person can use the services from the package, the named person can bring an alternative car but it must be the correct size for the package you have paid for.
- Please choose the voucher carefully and select the correct package for your size vehicle, if you buy a “Car” package and turn up in a 4x4 you will have to pay for the service received and your account will be credited with the unused package, see car size guide below, not sure? Just ask.
- If you accidentally buy the wrong voucher, simply get in touch within 24 hours and we can alter the package and if necessary request additional payment.
- Loyalty points can not be used to buy a package or gift vouchers.
- Vouchers/packages are non refundable or transferable
- If you fail to show up or don’t give us 48 hours notice of a postponement, you will forfeit the booked in services from your package.
